Riders certainly have the ability to rate drivers. They can also mark drivers as favorites within the app, and we endeavor to pair them with these preferred drivers whenever feasible.

Cancellation fees are applied by drivers in certain situations to compensate for their time spent traveling to or waiting at the pickup location. Specifically, if you cancel a ride more than 5 minutes after a driver has accepted your request, a $5 cancellation fee will be charged. Additionally, if you fail to show up at the pickup location within 5 minutes of the driver's arrival, a $5 "no-show" fee may be incurred upon cancellation by the driver. There are no cancellation fees for rides that are canceled within 5 minutes of your driver accepting your ride request. If you think you've been mistakenly charged a cancellation fee by a driver, please don't hesitate to contact our support team through the "help" button or at info@hichmn.com.
